He is a miracle worker in more than just our physical lives and He is up to something good.

Last night my best friend in Florida messaged me to tell me. That a friend of ours was in a terrible car accident. She was with her brother and her granddaughter. I was praying last night before I went to bed. This morning I got the message that her brother died this morning. Her 6-year-old granddaughter has been in a medically induced coma and was diagnosed this morning. Her spine is crushed and the doctors say she will probably be paralyzed from the neck down. But we know a God who is no respecter of man or doctors. We know a God who heals. My friend's daughter, the mother of the 6-year-old, does not have faith in Christ. We are praying for her salvation and peace through all of this. When I got the update this morning, I was getting ready to send out a prayer request. I was only going to mention the granddaughter and her spinal injuries. I was not going to mention her mother not being a believer. Just as I was starting to write, my friend Mary Kathryn called. When I told her what was happening we prayed together. I mentioned that I was sending out a prayer request for the granddaughter, but would not include the information about her mother not being saved. At the time even though it was high on the list in my prayers, I thought the spinal injury was more pressing. Mary Kathryn emphatically told me not to leave that out. She told me that she had felt God telling her to call me this morning. Call now! She thought at first, it was just for a fun call to bring a little joy and laughter. God knew I needed to tell the whole story in my prayer request. He is a miracle worker in more than just our physical lives and He is up to something good. So He sent me my friend Mary Kathryn to make sure nothing got in the way.
