ABOUT ME
IMy name is Linda Coates and I am on a simple journey to see God every day. In past years God has given me a focus word for the year. This simple practice has been quite enjoyable and eye-opening. It has helped me to see where He is working in my life and draw closer to Him. This year as I was praying about the word He had for me, I sensed He was giving me an assignment instead of just a word. To look for Him every day, and write one short paragraph about it. A blog is the way I needed to do this; in order to keep me accountable to do it daily. I believe God is always at work in our lives. I also believe we miss a lot of it, simply because we are too busy and not paying attention. Some days I see him in the love of friends and family. Sometimes it is in small miracles or finding lost things. Sometimes it is because of the beauty He has bestowed all around us. Many times it is in His word. I love it when God reveals truth to me and guides my way. So, whether it is simply in the beauty of a well-ordered day or truth revealed in Scripture, or miracles both big and small. I want to see him, and this is my small way to take notice and say Thank you.
