Murphies Law is when everything that could go wrong, does. Today was the exact opposite of that.

Today, a lot could have gone wrong. I wanted to have lunch with some friends to celebrate a birthday. My older daughter has been sick and might need to go to the doctors, which means I would need to watch my grand-babies. My husband scheduled my van for an oil change and tire rotation. I had no idea how the day would play out when I went to bed last night. In the morning my daughter decided not to go the doctors, deciding she would and see how she felt as the day progressed. My husband had my dad follow him to get the oil change and left me his car. So far so good. I had a few delays trying to get out of the house so I left just a few minutes late. Just in time to see FedEx leave a package outside in the rain beside the garage door. I got out of the car ran to grab the package. It turned out to be just an envelope, albeit an important envelope, hidden behind a garbage can. If I had not seen FedEx leaving my driveway who knows how long that envelope would have been there. I get on the road and on my way when my husband calls. My van is ready. I meet him and my dad at the gas station by my house. Dad takes the car home and I go with my husband to pick up my van, which happens to be five minutes from where my girlfriends are having lunch. I only ended up ten minutes late. On my way home, my daughter messages me, just a sweet little emoji. I find out that she went out with my older daughter and her family to the little downtown area by my house. Perfect timing to turn left instead of right and meet them there. I finish up my day with them and then we all head back to the house to eat dinner together. I could never plan such a busy and full day to be so seamless. The timing of everything was perfect. God truly had everything in control.
