November 20

I spent a beautiful day with my oldest daughter, Amber-Rose. We spent the entire day together, running errands and talking. I am very blessed to have a daughter that is also my friend, and I know that she feels the same way. We can share some of the difficult things happening in our lives, and we share in the victories. When she asked if we could do our errands together, I was a little apprehensive about giving up my day. There is just so much I need to get done. I have lost so many productive days recently, and I can’t afford to lose another. I felt God prompting me to trust Him and go out with her. Life can be busy, so spending the day with her is a joy. Me getting all the things done I needed to do was wonderful. By the end of the day, I felt so refreshed, and so did she. Then as a bonus, her husband cooked dinner for all of us. Somehow in God’s design, I not only had a blessed day with my daughter, but I succeeded in getting a large portion of my to-do list checked off. Only He can give you a day like that.
