A beautiful Melody

My favorite part of the day is in the morning when I get to sit and spend some time with God. I like to read a One Year Bible, this year I'm doing Chronological Bible. I also spend some time in whatever Bible study I'm I'm working on. I pray for my family and myself. I do my prayer of surrender. And I worship. I love this time because I hear from God. No matter how I feel when I start, even on the worst of days, when I just want to crawl back into bed, he gives me peace. Today was especially sweet. I just feel like he's leading my life into a beautiful Melody. He's putting all the pieces together and organizing things in a way I couldn't do on my own; the class I am leading on Wednesday night, homeschooling my grandchildren, my relationship with my husband, my future,

and so much more.. Today he gave me my verse for the year.

Jeremiah 29:12-14. Then you will call upon me and go and pray to me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek me and find me, when you search for me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the Lord, and I will bring you back from your captivity.

If I draw near to Him He will draw near to me. His promises are true. And there is no situation I face that God isn't bigger.
