I was walking on a path through beautiful gardens while on a women's retreat. Posted all around the gardens were small signs with scriptures. It made for such a beautiful combination of God's creation and God's word. Now, I get to bring a little of that to my neighborhood.

April 25
Yesterday, I was able to finish printing and cutting out the prayer cards on my Cricut. I laminated them, and glued a small stake on the back. I was able to make over thirty cards for the walking trails in our neighborhood. God had put this idea of a prayer walk in my neighborhood on my heart. I prayed for discernment on which verses to choose. I prayed that people would be blessed. I was so glad to have it done. All I had to do now, was put them out! After dinner, I asked my daughter if she wanted to come with me to put them in the ground. My daughter and my son-in-law walked from the lake to the pool and we had just enough verses to finish that part of the trail. I wanted to wait until it was dark, so it would be a surprise in the morning. I didn't want to been seen or to take credit, I wanted to do this anonymously. I am praying that it will be a blessing to the people who walk the trails. I am praying the verses I chose will give hope and peace. I am praying it will point people to God. Lord Thank you for the idea and for helping me to accomplish it.
