I love when God comes through in simple ways, things that don’t really mean much in the grand scheme, but mean a lot to me or someone I love.

While in quarantine My daughter Sarah and I are painting her room. I got some paint samples before she got home. We tied a few of them on the wall. none of them were quite right, but we thought we could make a decision on the color of paint with the samples we had and the color chart. I asked my oldest daughter if she would go to the store for us and pick up our paint and supplies. The color we chose for the majority of the room was fine, but the accent wall was not. Making these decisions would be so much easier if we could just go to the store, but we are bound to the house. I decided to take the paints I had at home and try to mix them to get a color that would work. I added from old paint samples, leftover paint from other rooms, even a little craft paint. I sensed Sarah was a little doubtful this would work, so I told her that if we couldn't get a good color we would just get new paint after quarantine. After several attempts, Sarah said it was good enough until we could go to the store ourselves. I tried one more addition to the paint and we painted the wall. Success! The color is lovely and Sarah is happy. I know it is a simple thing. Paint on a wall, but it was important to Sarah and God made a way.
