More than I imagined

As I sit out on my back porch, I feel so blessed to be able to sit here looking out on such beauty.

Today was so beautiful! I got up early, made my tea, grabbed my computer, and sat on my back patio to spend time with God and write. With everyone home, finding time to write and be in God's word uninterrupted has been a little more challenging. Today I spent most of the morning in the beautiful sunshine, writing and getting a little caught up. The birds are singing, the trees look majestic and the grass is beautiful. I feel so blessed to be able to sit here looking out on such beauty. It is more than I could have ever hoped for. It is more than I ever imagined. As I am writing I feel so close to God. I feel Him directing my thoughts. I am sitting in His creation, drawing so close to Him.

Sitting out on the patio, in the sunshine writing, praying and listening as I read His word. By the time I was done, I felt so encouraged that I would be able to complete this task that He has assigned to me. I was not alone. He will see me through, and in the process, I see Him every day and our relationship grows.
