Again God Had Something Better

I thought we had missed our opportunity for a good deal.

As we are doing this renovation, I see God watching over us all the time. A few weeks ago I found several ranges on sale at Lowes. The prices were great. I talked to my husband Michael about picking one of them out for the basement. He didn’t want to make a decision at that moment. But when the gas company came out on Monday, they told us that they need the gas range here to hook up the line. I told him I wish he had let me get one when they were on sale. When we went to Lowes to pick up a few supplies for the electric work we are doing, I went over to the appliances. When Michael met me there, a woman asked if she could help. Michael said yes, and told her what we were looking for. She showed us a range that was on clearance. I couldn’t believe it. $350. It is less than half the price. That was so much cheaper than anything I had found either used or on sale. When we got home I noticed that the microwave we got for free is not only the same brand but the same style. The handles match exactly. You would think that we had picked them out together. God has been so in the details. So many little things coming together in ways I can’t explain. I feel so loved. We had a delay today in ordering the window for the basement. I can’t wait to see what God is up to with that!
